Compliance Link
Compliance Link is a first-party knowledge offering in AI Marketplace. It answers a regulatory question from cited public sources rather than from memory, so the person who has to stand behind the answer can follow it back to the text it came from.
What you can do with it
- Search by meaning or by topic
- Ask in plain language, or browse by topic tag, and get back the facts that address the question rather than the ones that happen to share its words.
- Read the source, not a paraphrase
- Expand any citation to its full text and its citation chain, so a result can be checked instead of taken on faith.
- Follow a rule through its changes
- See how a requirement was amended over time, with effective dates and what superseded what.
- Compare authoritative definitions
- Put the definitions of a term side by side when two sources define it differently, which is where most compliance arguments actually start.
- Screen against the public exclusion list
- Check one person or a full roster against the federal exclusion list. A match on an identifier is treated as a strong signal, while a name-only match goes to human review rather than being acted on.
- Pull only from registered sources
- Retrieval is limited to a curated register of authoritative sources, so an answer never arrives from an arbitrary page on the open web.
What the corpus covers
Federal HIPAA, OIG, and CMS material, plus state non-emergency medical transportation manuals. Every fact carries its citation and an evidence tier: tiers one through three are authority, and tiers four and five are context that is never presented as authority.
- When a search cannot ground a result in real authority, Compliance Link says so and recommends a human review instead of dressing up a weak match.
- An apparent exclusion hit is re-checked against the live public source before any action, because the screening list is a periodic snapshot.
How it reaches your work
Compliance Link is read-only and is used as a tool. An agent you build in AI Studio or run in AI Operations can call it in the middle of a task, and a person can query the corpus directly. It stores no rider or patient records, and a request that carries one is refused before it reaches the corpus.
What it is not
- It is not legal advice.
- It is not a certification. No regulator issues a compliance certificate; what exists is the right agreements, correct configuration, and your own controls.
- It is not a store of rider or patient data. It works over public regulatory text and workforce screening only.
