Connect an integration
Connecting a source system is what brings your operational data into the platform. You add a connector the way you add a service: pick it from the catalog and onboard it.
Connect your first source
Open the connector catalog
Browse the catalog and choose the system you want to add first (your dispatch, billing, or fleet system).
Authorize the connection
Provide credentials or complete the sign-in handshake. The platform stores the grant securely and never displays the raw secret again after setup.
Choose what to sync
Decide which data to pull in and review what would be imported. Fields that do not map are left out rather than guessed at.
Run a test sync
Pull a bounded sample first to confirm the connection and the mapping look right. A connector that fails its first sync stays in a draft state and is never put on a schedule, so a bad setup cannot quietly run every night.
Once the test sync succeeds, the platform begins importing your data. Large historical imports can take a few minutes.
Where this lives
The connector catalog is part of the Platform product. For the full guided flow, managing credentials, sync schedules, and connector health, see Integrations.
