Products
The platform is a set of products on one substrate. They share one tenancy model, one connector library, and one security posture, so identity, access, and audit are consistent across all of them.
Each product answers a different verb: connect, buy, create, run.

How they fit together
Nucleus comes first: it connects your systems, harmonizes what comes in, and keeps it flowing into the datalake. Everything else works over that.
- AI Marketplace is where you find and add skills, agents, and knowledge. First-party offerings include intelligence dashboards and Compliance Link.
- AI Studio is where you create a skill or an agent and test it, and where you modify an item you bought before it goes live.
- AI Operations is where those skills and agents run full time, with the runtime protections and the run record.
Skills and agents are the unit of work throughout: a skill is discrete, and an agent can carry several skills plus an overarching workflow.
Because they share one substrate, a connector you enable once feeds all of them, a role you assign once applies everywhere, and the audit trail covers every product the same way.
Tenancy and isolation
Each organization is its own tenant: an isolated workspace with its own data, members, and settings. Tenants never read each other's records. That boundary is the thing the rest of the platform is built around, and it holds at more than one layer (see Security for the public posture). When you ask AI Studio a question or open an intelligence dashboard, you are always working inside your own tenant's data only.
