Connectors

Products

The four products and how they fit together on one shared substrate.

The platform is a set of products on one substrate. They share one tenancy model, one connector library, and one security posture, so identity, access, and audit are consistent across all of them.

The products

ProductWhat it does
Platform / NucleusThe multi-tenant identity and integration backbone: identity and access, tenant isolation, the connector catalog, audit logging, usage visibility, and the workspace shell.
Agentic StudioThe conversational and generative surface: chat, AI-run workflows, projects, and a drafting editor.
Solutions MarketplaceThe place to find and buy skills, agents, and knowledge, including intelligence dashboards: a cross-system 360 operations view with a fleet map, a dispatch board, revenue, and utilization.
Compliance LinkCited, tier-ranked compliance and regulatory intelligence, plus provider exclusion screening.

How they fit together

Platform is the foundation. It holds identity, tenancy, the connector library, audit, and usage. Every other product runs on top of it and shares the same data model and identity layer.

  • Agentic Studio works over the data Platform brings in, grounded in what you are authorized to see.
  • Solutions Marketplace is where you find and add items, including intelligence dashboards, which then read the same data and join it across systems into one operational picture inside your workspace.
  • Compliance Link sits alongside them as the compliance and regulatory intelligence surface.

Because they share one substrate, a connector you enable once feeds all of them, a role you assign once applies everywhere, and the audit trail covers every product the same way.

Tenancy and isolation

Each organization is its own tenant: an isolated workspace with its own data, members, and settings. Tenants never read each other's records. That boundary is the thing the rest of the platform is built around, and it holds at more than one layer (see Security for the public posture). When you ask Agentic Studio a question or open an intelligence dashboard, you are always working inside your own tenant's data only.
