Connectors

Connecting a source

The guided setup flow, managing credentials, and requesting a custom integration.

Connecting a source brings an external system online so the platform can read from it. This page covers the setup flow and managing the connection.

The guided setup flow

Select a connector

Browse the catalog and pick the system you want to add.

Authenticate

Provide credentials or complete the sign-in handshake. The platform stores the grant, never the raw secret.

Choose what to sync

Match the external system's fields to the platform's record shape and choose what to pull in. Unmapped fields are left out rather than guessed at.

Test the sync

Run a bounded first sync to confirm the mapping looks right before scheduling. A connector that fails its first sync stays in a draft state and is never put on a schedule, so a bad mapping cannot quietly run every night.

Managing credentials

Credentials are stored securely and are never displayed again after setup.

To rotate a credential, re-enter it. The platform does not show the stored secret back to you, so rotation is a re-entry, not an edit of a visible value.

Requesting a custom integration

If the source you need is not in the catalog, request a custom integration. The catalog tiers (coming soon, future) show what is already on the roadmap, so check there first.
