How does the platform handle protected health information?
Protected data is assumed to be present across the platform rather than walled off into a single "safe zone." Each person, agent, and process gets a minimum-necessary, task-scoped, recorded view of protected data. No component holds a blanket read on the data store. See Data handling and AI and PHI.
How are organizations isolated from each other?
Isolation operates at more than one layer. Your data is never commingled with another organization's data, and the boundary holds at the data layer, the database, and the AI layer alike, not just by what a screen chooses to show. An application bug cannot serve one organization's records to another, because the boundary is enforced below the application. See Access and audit.
How does connector onboarding work?
You add a connector the way you add a service: pick it from the catalog, authorize it, choose what to sync, and run a test sync. Live connectors disclose the read-only tools they expose; write tools are withheld from agent surfaces. See Connecting a source.
What is the compliance posture?
The platform is built compliance-first: each organization is isolated, access is minimum-necessary and recorded, sensitive fields are encrypted, and connector tools are read-only on agent surfaces.
Where does data live?
The entire platform runs on Google Cloud, on HIPAA-eligible infrastructure under a Business Associate Agreement, in US regions only. Your data is isolated to your own organization and never commingled with another organization's data. See Security.
How do AI features stay grounded?
An assistant is grounded only in the data the person using it is already authorized to see. It does not widen access, and it never reaches into another organization's data. When it cites regulatory facts, it shows the source so you can verify it. See AI and PHI.
Are the prices final?
Pricing shown on the marketing site is illustrative. Platform pricing is scoped to your tenancy and connector needs, and Solutions Marketplace items, including intelligence dashboards, are priced individually to the item. Contact us for a tailored quote.
