Create your workspace
Follow your invitation to set up your organization's private workspace.
Your workspace is your organization's private space on the platform. It holds your team, your connected systems, your data, and everything your team does day to day. This is the first step.
Follow your invitation
When you receive your invitation, follow the link to set up your organization's workspace. You will be prompted to:
- Verify your email address.
- Set your display name.
- Accept the platform's terms of service.
Once those are done, your workspace is active and you can sign in.
What "private to your organization" means
Your workspace is isolated from every other organization on the platform. Your data is never commingled with another organization's data, and another organization can never see your records. This is enforced at more than one layer, not just by what the screen shows.
A few things follow from that:
- Each user gets their own account. People do not share a login.
- Everything you see on every page is scoped to your organization.
- Agentic Studio answers questions using your data only. It never reaches into another organization's records.
